Buffy Anne Summers Bio ~ 1996-present

Notes: Canon. Buffy herself was once a vampire, though in an alternative nightmare world. Buffy is the Slayer that changed the Slayer's fate. She had the idea of activating all potential Slayers worldwide. A note on canon, because the BtVS movie is written by Joss, and he also approves of the Origin comic, I count it as canon.

Personality and Appearance: Perky, talkative, cynical, sensitive, independent. Blonde hair, bluish hazel eyes, about 5'2. Buffy began as an incredibly immature girl and grew into a completely capable woman.

Bio: Buffy Summers was born in January, 1981 in Los Angeles, California to Hank and Joyce Summers. As a child she idolized Dorothy Hamil, and was also close with her best friend and cousin Celia, whom she stayed with until Celia died. In 1996, her freshman year at Hemery High School, Buffy was a cheerleader, elected Fiesta Queen and Prom Princess. She was popular and had not a care in the world. Then one day at school, a man calling himself Merrick approached her and informed her of her duties as Slayer and he as her Watcher. Around this time, Buffy told her parents of the vampires and the destiny. They responded by having her institutionalized for a short period of time and undergoing a psychiatric evaluation. She found it in her best interest to stop mentioning the vampires and was released, After convincing her, Merrick began to train her to confront local vampire Lothos. After Lothos killed Merrick, Buffy set out to destroy Lothos, and the chance came at her prom when vampires attacked the entire student body. Buffy and her friend Pike then took on a whole group of vampires until Buffy found and killed Lothos. She burned down the gym full of Vampires, and was soon after expelled. Her parents divorced and she and her mother moved to Sunnydale, California. In Sunnydale, she met her new Watcher, Rupert Giles. She made friends with Xander Harris and Willow Rosenberg, and became involved with an anomaly. A vampire with a soul named Angel. When her time came to take on a head vampire, known as The Master, he bit and drowned her. She was revived by Xander and Angel. Due to her death, the new Slayer Kendra was called whom Buffy fought with. After Kendra's death, she became friends followed by enemies with new Slayer Faith Lehane. Faith began to kill humans and she and Buffy were pitted against eachother despite Buffy's attempts to reach out. Faith was put into a coma by Buffy and upon waking up, stole her body. Once put back into their own bodies, Faith left for Los Angeles where she was convinced by Angel to turn herself into the police for her murders. Buffy went on to be given a Key to all dimensions good and bad in the form of a sister, Dawn. Monks made the key human and crafted her out of Buffy's blood. She was meant to protect the key/her sister. She discovered her memories of her sister were false, but embraced her anyway. Their mother, Joyce died soon after of a brain tumor, leaving her devastated. Buffy sacrificed herself to save her sister, and the world from the Hell God Glorificus. She was resurrected by her best friend Willow using powerful magic, and is a current Slayer. Though Faith was technically the current Slayer before the Scythe spell, Buffy was and is considered to be the head Slayer. Buffy was confronted by the First Evil and also made the decision to use magic to activate every potential in the world. She and Faith worked out their differences and trained an army of potential Slayers. A major battle was fought on the Hellmouth under Buffy's order. Buffy, Faith, and the newly activated Slayers took on an entire army of pure vampires, and saved the world once again. Currently Buffy lives in Scotland with her sister, and Xander Harris and trains new Slayers. She is considered the Queen of the Slayers and is in charge of multitudes of girls. An assassination attempt by a fellow Slayer was found out by Giles and unbeknownst to Buffy, he went to Faith and asked her to kill the girl because she was too dangerous. Faith befriended the girl and did not kill her as she was told. Buffy was teleported by the girl (Genevieve), and quickly overpowered the new Slayer. She raised her sword to kill her, but was stopped by Faith. It is unknown if Faith meant to protect Genevieve or Buffy. They fell down into Gigi's pool. Faith tried to tell Buffy she was on her side, and Buffy didn't believe her. The old resentment in Faith brewed up as she choked Buffy and held her under the water before composing herself. She let Buffy go but before she could apologize, Buffy disappeared, teleported back to her home by Willow.
