Amanda Bio ~ 2003

Personality and Appearance: Tall, long brown hair, natural fighter. Shy, nervous, and very intelligent

Bio: Born in 1988. She was living in Sunnydale, California at age 15, attending Sunnydale High School. Amanda lived with her mother, both of whom were unaware that she was actually a potential Slayer. Amanda was just sort of a regular dork, a member of Swing Choir, into Dungeons and Dragons, and super smart. A pretty average girl. Oh, and she also had this pesky problem with beating the crap out of guys. Her way of flirting. She actually met the Slayer preceding her before either of them realized who each other were. When she was sent to the guidance office to discuss her fighting, the current Slayer Buffy Summers, the school's counselor offered advice. Then only a couple of days later, she was attacked by a vampire while after school late. Like most of the other kids attending Sunnydale, they had heard stories about the Guidance Counselor always showing up when something "weird" happened. According to Amanda "a lot of them thought she was a high-functioning schizophrenic." Upon trying to find Buffy she encountered the Slayer's sister Dawn who while trying to help her kill the vampire, realized that Amanda was actually one of the potential Slayers that they had been trying to track down. Amanda killed the vampire with a wooden dowel, her first slay before ever becoming the Slayer, a rarity. Amanda was then trained by the Slayers Buffy, Faith, and along with the other SITs took on Rupert Giles as her Watcher. After surviving several attacks and a major explosion, she made it to the final battle. On May 20th, 2003 Amanda and the other SITs were activated by the witch Willow and took on an army of Turok- han UberVampires sent by the First Evil. Amanda fought bravely and well but was killed during the battle.
