Site News: Howdy! (did I really just say howdy? wow. not lame at all.) So, what's new? Well I made a few wallpapers. Not as many as I would have liked, but some. My muse flew out the window faster than a... musey... flying... thing. OOH! Something exciting DID happen recently! I got to meet and hang out with (and drink booze with) my friend of 8 years Dana! If it hadn't been for fanart, we wouldn't know each other. It's not like I just pass through Sweden regularly or anything lol. ALSO, an announcement. Say goodbye to the Whedonverse comic cover section. As much as I love it, it's taking up too much space I could be using for other things and it really isn't what people come here for anyway so it's expendable. If you want a specific cover once they are taken down (since high quality ones aren't always the easiest to find), tag me or email me and I will send it to you. It's been real, but I can't keep up with the titles, and I can't spare the space since I am poor. Oh and the 2011 AFA Awards happened! Good times were had, we sang, we danced, we won pretty things! :) ANYWHO, I made some stuff.

Site News: Hey lovelies! So, first of all thank you so much for the gifts and tags I've recieved over the last few months! I have been adding art but as always, I neglect this page. Guess what! It's our birthday! Who is this "our" you say? Do I have multiple personalities? Well... maybe but that isn't the point. The point is that I am 28 today and Reflection is 7!! Yes, I built this domain and opened the site on my birthday in 2004. The site lived on geocities for 3 years before that, but it wasn't very pretty to look at haha. ANYWHO! Not a while lot goin on around here, though you can see there is a shiny new layout featuring the cast of Misfits (my current obsession). I was Lyri at Parabellum's Spotlight for the month!

Site News: Hi everybody! Thanks for all the lovely gifts over the holidays, I hope everyone had an awesome holiday season and you didn't get too drunk or murder a family member. This is the first update of 2011 and I am pleased to say that I made about 50 wallpapers in 2010. Not as as some previous years but still, alot. I have been steadily arting and updating the gallery, but haven't really updated the site so here I am. Kiera was sweet enough to name Reflection her Site of the month for January! And she made a sexy, sexy award owwwwww!

Site News: Happy Holidays everyone!! Hope everyone's Halloween/Thanksgiving was awesome! As you can see, I've gone through a couple of layout changes in the last two months. First was Doctor Who, my latest fandom obsession. And now as you can see it features a lineup of the main characters of my favorite Joss Whedon works! Site News: Not a lot to report aside from the fact that my muse has returned it would seem. I have been churning out fanart like crazy lately. I don't know whether I should attribute it to inspiration or the fact that the fandoms have had a lot of good material lately, but keep it comin I say. I recently went on a rampage of Buffy Season 8 manipulations, I plan to do more but I have just been busying myself with real life and other art. If you have any suggestions or requests feel free to leave them on the tagboard!

Site News: My open hiatus continues, even that's a total oxymoron. Haven't been making much art though I do have SOME. I put up this layout several months ago and I thank you all for the sweet comments, and tags. I know I suck at getting back to you but I assure you it is appreciated and thank you for continuing to tag and visit even though I am missing in action. The newest and biggest change on the site (one that will help when I actually DO update) is that I have moved the wallpaper section into the gallery formerly known as Mirror Mirror. This way I can upload and organize easily without having to code or create thumbnails yay! Those re the two main things that keep me frmo updating honestly so I am hoping this will help. In related news, I have over time removed all images from the gallery EXCEPT the comic covers. The reasons are as follows 1. I want and need to save space and 2. There is a major crackdown on comic book scans and it has come to my attention that they are regarded as illegal. So, I wouldn't want to insult or take away from the very comic book companies that I am trying to support. I will continue to post high quality comic covers there however though they will only be Whedonverse related :) I also removed 11 affiliates in March for either not linking to me, or their sites had vanished/not been updated in like 2 years. If you are one of them and would like to re-affiliate, holla! I have updated links on several affiliates (sorry it took me so long! Please don't beat me up, I'm too tired to give a good fight back.)

Site News: After working so hard to get a new layout together, and put the site back in order, I sorta just let it go. I haven't had much inspiration to work on art or the site due to constant time contraints put on me by my real life. I am keeping the site open, but consider this an unofficial hiatus (which I have never done before), just for a little while because I can't promise to update knowing I probably won't. I will try to every other month or so if I make art, and I will still be working on the site and answering tags, just not in the capacity that was my former glory. No major site news, I would like to choose a SOTM for December, so maybe I can actually get around to doing that. I DID however win SOTM from Jo @ Unfolding last month and I'm so sorry it took until NOW to actually update about it. Fail. A few new arts added. Check recent to see them. As a side note, I removed a ton of old art from all sections, mainly BtVS because they were so outdated. Even though the quantity has dropped, the quality remains hahaha.

Site News:
So as you can see, there is a new setup for updates. It's a lot cleaner and organized, and was inspired by cutenews. Why didn't I just use cutenews you ask? Well I installed it, got it working, was debating whether I was going to start using it when Jenni Lou and J.j. were kind enough to advise me against it due to spam problems. SO instead I decided I would like something that resembles it without dealing with any nonsense. THANKS GIRLS! I have a new layout as you can see, featuring the lovely Bellatrix Lestrange my favorite female HP character. Why do I always seem to be on the bad guys' side? Cause they're just more fun, that's why. The textures and stock images came from Shadow of the Day and the images are from The Leaky Cauldron. I finally have a new SOTM as well! Creative Daily recieves the honor this month, click here to see why! ALSO, icons have been revamped, I am now using IconSort because I'm lazy and it makes my life easier because it fucking wins at everything and seriously is cutting my site update workload in half. I love it, and thanks so much to Julie for writing/making it available to the public. Why I never used it before, I don't even know.
