Welcome to Reflection, my graphic portfolio/wallpaper making obsession. I am Amber, I am a fangirl. I have been doing fanart/blends/wallpapers for about 7 years.. I can use both PSP and Adobe but prefer Adobe and that is what I work in. My pieces are done in 1024x768 because it's my screen size. 75% of my pieces are based on something happening in my actual life, though I never show the piece to the person it is about. I love text. I love arting scenes rarely done. I love blood spatter brushes and morbidity. I love to read messages from you guys. Updates are below and new work is over there *points left*

Art Terms of Use: Wallpapers are meant for your desktop to make it look pretty and fun! Not to be used for your site, myspace, or livejournal layout. My icons, textures, brushes, etc, are also here for your use! If I wanted to keep them all for myself, I wouldn't have a site, now would I? So yes, use them but always, always credit. Hey guys! Finally makin an update. I kinda suck at staying up on things. First off HAPPY HALLOWEEN! (now go ener my halloween challenge at BF). Thanks a ton to all of the lovely affies who have given out Halloween gifts so far, and here is one from me!

Also, you may have noticed that I added a nifty little random art box to the side :) Well my boyfriend is being ungodly annoying and bothering me so I guess I better wrap this up.

After being asked repeatedly by like, 5 people when the hell I'm gonna get around to updating, HERE I AM! I brought a peace offering, a new layout, and 14 wallpapers :) This layout was made out of a wallpaper I made, and fell in love with and was heavily influenced by Midnight Sun. I also cleaned up a lot of pages on the site, and added in a few things here and there. I reposted my Illyria wallpaper tutorial as well, let's see how that goes and if anyone decides to duplicate the wall and post it as their own. Then I'll have to take it back down, but I'm hoping I can trust people. Also, I recieved two new awards, one from my love for life, Line Bine! and one from Total Stud Machine, but you may know him better as Ben. Thanks you guys! TOTALLY RAD EDIT: SHORTLY AFTER I POSTED THIS UPDATE, I WAS INFORMED BY MY BOIKA TWIN BRE, THAT I AM HER SOTM! WEEEEEE!!!!! I love your face for life. ALSO thank you to everyone who has commented/swooned over the new layout/art, whether it be here, or on LJ, I love you guys :)


oh and a nice big FUCK YOU, to the people at fanpop.com who cannot seem to stop posting my, and many, many other artists wallpapers in their little club galleries on there. Without our consent, permission, or credit. I'm looking into having them removed as we speak.

Here I am, with a slightly bigger site update, less art though. Can I just say holy shit? I mean really. Four SOTM awards this month, I am beyond flattered. The awards are lovely. You guys are lovely. Thank you thank you thank you. You all rock my face for life for real.

As you can see on the recent page, I updated with new art on May 25th. I was just feeling a bit lazy/tired to finish the update and actually put stuff here. So here I am. WOO! I didn't add a whole lot. A buncha Twilight art mostly, which is my brand spanking new obsession controlling my brain, making me squee with co-new recruit Bre, annoying Dana, and leading my RL friends to want to choke me. I actually have a bigger update including new affies, awards, and art, but I'm gonna have to do that later, I'm extrmely busy at this moment in time. I'm basiclaly just acknowledging my previous update so that when I update again, it will make sense. Sort of. I guess. Ya pickin up what I'm puttin down? If not, that's okay too. April 20th, 2008
FINALLY an update. Yes I"ve snuck in a few things here and there, including this fancy new layout! It's featuring Rose McGowan and the image was found on last beautiful girl. I'm very pleased to welcome Kathy back to the art world as well after a way too long absence!! Thanks a bunch to Marilyne, Dana, Bre, Lyn, Joe, Line, and everyone on LJ who wished me a Happy Birthday. Thanks extra to Bre and Lyn for the gifties (and Line because her present got messed up but I love her anyway.) No new goodies this time but I've been a busy girl making lots of arts from lots of fandoms and movies. OH, AND BIG NEWS! I decided to host someone for the first (and only) time. My best friend Kelly has been making art for a little bit now, but she's decided she might like to delve into it a bit more, so I gave her a space and got her off of that piece of "luh-suh" geocities. So everyone welcome Kelly of Tragic Radiance to my family. Go check her out and give lots of love. (extra special hugs for Line and Bre who already reached out and asked for affiliation. it was very sweet and welcoming of you girls. love you fools.) First up, Reflecton was the February SOTM at Sayjay's Radiance! GAH! THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!! So I updated with art and textures on the second but didn't get around to updating here due to extreme tired-ness. So the one thing I really did work on for this update was a revamp of my crappy awards section. There were all thrown on there, just listed willy nilly, some with wrong links, etc. I completely updated with new awards, made myself a nice little table so that all of the rows line up, and made sure all of the links are right. Also, big thanks on this update to the members of the Academy of Fanart Artists for my whopping ten awards including a beautiful thank you award from Sayjay, and a best artist award (9th place). Seriously, you guys are awesome. Even though I am not currently accepting affies, I did add Buffy Forums, and Jaz at Distorted Sky because she recently started doing graphic design again after a long hiatus, and this is her first time having her own (bought) site, so she needs some affiliates! *hugs to her* Annnnnnnnywho. Here is the little update. Many wallpapers, not much else. In affiliate news, congrats to Kate, and Ariel on their new (site) homes! Also, the great return of Nelly @ Frozen Rain! She removed her wallpapers, and is focusing strictly on icons, and I look forward to seeing lots of her pretty icons! I'm just glad to have you back, woman! January 14th, 2008
WOO! First update of the new year! I hope everyone had a good one, and sorry I was so lazy and didn't get around to visiting everyone with my X-Mas gift. I actually DID make one, but really didn't have the time to get around to everyone, much less update. A belated Happy Birthday to my Boika Twin Bre, my Spam Co-Pilot Dana, and my fellow Shia Whore Line. *hugs for the bday girls* I'd also like to congratulate Amy, and Annigje on their new site homes! Anyway, here is the Holiday gift so you guys can nab it for your gifties.

In other news, I'm sure everyone noticed the new splash page. The reason for this, is that I opened a sister site to Reflection. It's still a part of this site, but sort of a sub-site called Mirror Mirror. Here I'll be housing my caps, scans, promos, comic scans, rare behind the scenes pics, all sortsa fun stuff, since it was too much of a pain to keep here and I was quickly gaining more and more images I wanted to share.
